Before deleting the files, I wanted to make a back up of the trash folder but could not find it in uploads. Afterwards I realized that some line was missing in the config file. I thought the line would be added by the plugin in my config file. So I added it, made a new scan and a new deletion but still no folder .. I am on a local site. What should I do ??? thanks

    Hi @lolo666,

Priority support is only for customers, I come here only once a week ?? Unfortunately, life gives us limited time, I am trying to spend it the best way as possible, which is not easy.

I am not sure what your question is exactly, you sound confused. Before deleting files, there wouldn’t be any trash folder, since you haven’t deleted anything yet ??

The trash of the plugin is wp-content/uploads/wpmc-trash. This physical trash will only be used if you activate the MEDIA_TRASH.
