Can’t find variable: soundManager

  • I’m getting this console error, though it is all working OK.

    ReferenceError: Can’t find variable: soundManager

    May be linked to this topic

    Have tried the default wp theme and it still errors. I’m not using autoptimize but I am using SG Optimiser. If I disable this then there are no errors so it looks like your plugin doesn’t play well with caches.

    I don’t know anything about SG Optimiser plugin. Did you try the solution provided in the forum post link you shared above?

    Solution:
    Exclude “soundmanager2-nodebug-jsmin.js” from being aggregated or cached.
