Can’t find where to edit the top navigation bar…

    This site has a top navigation bar (light green bar on the very top of each page) that shows the hours of operation, a link to register, a link to login, and the shopping cart. I didn’t originally build the site, but I cannot seem to find how to edit this top bar. I have tried navigating just about everywhere I can think of within “Appearance” and “Customize” but with no luck. Any help to find out how to edit this top bar would be much appreciated!
