Can't find widget editor

    I am running 4.5.3 on a site and just created a subdirectory and installed a completely new version of 4.5.3 to run as an admin section unrelated to the main site. I just tried to use the admin functions to remove some text from the widget areas by going to Appearance in the menu, but Widgets is not in my options. My only available options seem to be Themes, Customize, and Editor. How can I get my old Appearances menu back to include Widgets, Menus, Header, Background, Page Theme?

    This was my fault. Some of the files in the theme directory of the new installation did not FTP to the site. I replaced this files and everything is working again. Sorry for wasting your time.
