Can’t finish setting up Wordfence

I’ve successfully installed the plugin, and it’s activated. There’s a message at the top of my installed plugin page that says, “Please Complete Wordfence Installation.” I put in my email address and try to click No to “Would you also like to join our WordPress security mailing list to receive WordPress security alerts and Wordfence news?” (I’m already subscribed.) I’ve put a check in the box that indicates that I agree to the Wordfence terms and privacy policy. But the Continue button is never ungreyed!

It works fine on my other WordPress installations. I’ve deactivated it and completely deleted it, then re-downloaded and installed it again, but that didn’t help.
