Could you go ahead with upgrading the site’s WooCommerce Database, with the option found under WooCommerce > Status > Tools, followed by the Facebook: Reset Connection Settings (found in the same screen), as detailed here, before going ahead with intending to connect your store to your Facebook page again, please?
