Cant fulfil orders

    I am unable to fulfil orders as the “Fulfil orders” button is not showing

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I don’t know if you’re using our plugin ALD or their plugin @ali2woo since our plugin doesn’t have a button “Fulfil orders”. Can you check again if ALD is the plugin you’re using?

    I believe I am using your plugin ALD – Dropshipping and Fulfillment for AliExpress and WooCommerce. However the issue is there is no button to use to fulfil orders made from woocommerce to ali express.

    Can you check the “Show action” option under “Fulfill” tab: https://nimb.ws/t9AywFM

    In this option, please select the order statuses for which the?To order?button on the order admin will appear in order to fulfill these orders

    Then, you’ll see the button in the Orders list to fulfill orders which have AliExpress products, like this: https://nimb.ws/7EjKv30
