Can't Fully Remove Plugin – Won't Save Certain Fields

I installed the plugin the other day to import users to my wordpress site, I tried loading names, and billing addresses… but it didn’t work how I wanted so I uninstalled it.

It works, so you were doing something bad. The meta keys maybe were bad formed.

If you can, delete the user and then create it again with a well formed CSV and this plugin. Read in the documentation the correct meta_keys please.

Hi Javier,

My original CSV file consisted of username, password, first name, second name, and billing address (address 1, address 2) etc…

It did manage to load all of those users however didn’t put the ‘billing details’ into the billing details section, instead it created an extra fields area where it placed the content.

However after I uninstalled the plugin, I now can’t enter any billing details and save them. Every time I press ‘update’ it doesn’t actually save any of the new inputted information…

Do you know how I remove the second lot of ‘billing details’ from the user meta data as I think its clashing with the original billing details and not letting me save?

Fixed!!!

It turns out I re-imported all the users and it worked. The issue was that the order wasn’t correct and therefore it didn’t import correctly… for anybody else who wants an expanded view of how to layout your excel table for woo-commerce please see below! Its vital everything is lower case and in this exact order from left to right:

username email password first_name last_name billing_first_name billing_last_name billing_company billing_address_1 billing_address_2 billing_city billing_postcode billing_country billing_state billing_phone billing_email shipping_first_name shipping_last_name shipping_company shipping_address_1 shipping_address_2 shipping_city shipping_postcode shipping_country shipping_state
