Can′t generate sizes

    Hi there,
    when creating a new label I have not the chance to set the package sizes, but just the weight. Is there an option to activate in order to add/change tha size of the package?

    Can you confirm your shop is in Germany? Why do you need to change the package size? I believe this will not affect the cost.

    Hi Shadi,
    Yes, the shop is in Germany and we need to specify the package size. With other DHL label generator plugins it′s possible.

    This is currently not possible if sending 1 package, but if you select sending multiple packages you can specify the weight and dimensions there. You could always add the same data for both packages and only send the one package.
