Can’t get a licence

  • Hi,
    Our website was on a different address (https://www.epices-provence.fr/wp), now we’changed it, but we can’t manage to get a licence for this “new” site.

    An e-mail was sent a few hours agao, and I can’t see the results.

    Also, I needed to send another e-mail, and I am blocked as MailPoet states the key is not valid (there’s none I deleted it). When going to the mailpoet web site to get a key, I get the message “Check your inbox now to confirm your email address and continue your order.” … however there’s nothing in my inbox.

  • I managed to connect to the MailPoet backoffice (I was using for login an e-mail which subcription got stuck, with the correct one it works).

    However, it still not that easy to get a new licence for the same site. It will be nice to easily switch web sites.

    Now, I am waiting for approval so hopefully, it will all work once it’s validated.
