Can't get admin page

I may be wrong about the version, BTW, as I can’t see it! I have the site/blog martinince.eu. It’s little-league and I am not a power user. Now I cannot get the wp-admin page, it just produces this https://www.martinince.eu/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.martinince.eu%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1 instead. No amount of clicking on that helps. Any ideas very welcome from you wiser WP heads.
