Can’t get any back ups done.

    Hi,

    Just installed plugin on my site but no back ups are created. My site is 2.8GB and developer said it should be absolutely fine to back it up.

    He tried all sorts of things but nop, it doesn’t work and asked to contact support. I would not mind having a premium upgrade, but if basic back up is not working, don’t want to spend more money on not working plugin.

    My developer said

    “Not completing backup even if all limits released.” Limits meaning RAM.
    “what worries me the most… no matter how much ram is available this plugin use all”

    How can this be solved?
