    Hello,

I have seen a number of reports like yours recently. Would it be possible for you to provide me temporary access to your sites admin area so that I can diagnose?

If so please contact me through my site with the credentials: https://mattkeys.me/about/.

    Thanks!

    Thanks olesenreck,

I have identified the issue preventing the plugin from working. I will be releasing an update today that will solve this problem for anyone else experiencing it.

Note: I have manually applied the fix to your website to test the solution, so it is already up and running now.

    For anyone who is curious:

The google API used in this plugin writes data to a temp directory on the server. On shared hosting environments this directory is often not writable by the apache user that wordpress is running under, causing it to fail. I found a replacement function from the WordPress Codex that will try a couple different temp directory options to find one that is writable (get_temp_dir) and that seems to solve the problem on these shared hosting environments.
