Cant get back my my dashboard

    Help! I went through and successfully installed www.ads-software.com and MAMP the other day. I went through the entire process and started adjusting my theme and adding plug-ins etc. This was a few days ago and now I cannot figure out how to get back to my admin page. Feeling really dumb and frustrated right now.
