Can’t get Coolplayer to work

  • I uploaded the Coolplayer pluging and the the local files for the rpc server but it still won’t display in my blog. I activated the plugin and the button even shows in my rich text editor or regular editor but when I put the Coolplayer tage and then input a link and then close the tag nothing happens. It seems so simple why won’t it work for me? Is anyone else having problems with this plugin? Not sure if this is related but the extreme video plugin wouldn’t work for me either once I activated it. Any help would be greatly appreaciated. Thanks

  • Hi Theplayahata,

    you should check the settings with your host provider. I am running completely 2 identical setups on different servers, and one of them is giving me hard times regarging not only the coolplayer but some other plugins as well. I realised that the problem was the list of restrictions on the hosting server (like firewalls and God knows else what kind of other restricions…).

    Checking out with them might help.
