cant get cropped product thumbnail (1:1) on shop page

    hi
    it suddenly started uncropped thumbnail images.
    -cropping to 1:1 not working
    -i tried deactivating all plugins
    -tried regenerating thumbnails
    -cleared cache

    @kb6004 Did you recently install a plugin or changed a setting that may have caused this?

    Please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it inside a Code block in your next response.
