Can’t get delay 40 seconds to work
-
I got it installed and purchased the scheduler. If I don’t set a delay, the popup shows up. If I set a delay, it never shows up.
Please advise.

Popup Builder TeamHi,
How do I get the delay to work. Pro or not? Please advise.
This is a serious issue for me.

HI,
Now I deactivated the purchased model. I can’t get the popup to work at all, with or without a delay.
I’m uploading the debug text.

It is possible that you are facing a browser cache issue.
Could you please purge your browser cache or check with incognito mode.Regards,

HI,
It pops up without delay. True. I purged the Cloudflare cache. I purged my own cached and the turned it off.
It does come up with a short delay in Incognito mode, but it closes before I can enter any information.
This thing has great potential. I believe in it still.
Joe
