can't get disquis comments system to work

hi at first I wasn’t using it, then my comments systems started to not work so i’ve been using disquis comments system ever since which has been great but recently it’s stopped working and no comments have been working first the area where comments appeared, appeared blank but now the jetpack or default comments re-appeared just wondering what I maybe doing wrong or plug-in i may have thats interfering
