Can't get gallery to display in more than one column

  • Having a bit of an odd problem…

    Everything had been working fine for me up until recently, but now when I add or change an image gallery to a page or post the images show in one column regardless of how many columns I set.

    Existing galleries (https://rosslennoxphotography.co.uk/family-shoot/) display fine, but if I edit the page at all it will switch to a single column and I have no way of reverting back.

    I had installed a few plugins recently (SEO, WP Stats and Google XML Sitemaps) so I deactivated and deleted those but still the same issue with my image galleries.

    Any ideas what’s going on?
