I’ve have been using Google Maps API for a few years.

When I create a new API I get API Key 2 only as you can see at the below screen capture.

How can I resolve this problem? Of course, I don’t want to delete or change the existing Maps API Key.

    TIA, and all the best.

  • Hi there, thank you for writing.

If you wish to use Wp Store Locator, you will need to have a set of two Google Maps API Keys with certain settings so that everything works as expected.

Using pre-existing API keys is fine, provided they are configured as the plugin expects.

Please have a look at this article from our documentation where we explain in great detail how to set up the Google Maps API keys that are necessary for running the plugin. There is a section where you can see advice on how to configure pre-existing API keys.

Please get back if you are still stuck with your API Keys.

    Best regards,
