Can't get in WP panel

  • Hello!

    I am entering in my username and password, but it is not working. It is not an incorrect password issue because when I put in a wrong password, it gives me an error saying it’s wrong. When I put in the correct password, it just erases it out of the field. Please help…I need to get into my site.

    have you requested a password reset to try to start fresh maybe something is getting saved in your internet cache that is interfering.

    No, it’s happening to more than one of us on different computers.

    are you using any plugins that control any part of the login process or display?
