    Hi there,
    I’ve entered newly generated API credentials, and an affiliate code. But having hitting Save it continues to say “Disconnected”. No message comes up or anything to indicate anything happened. The page refreshes, and that’s about it.

    Any suggestions?

    Does Amazon API use an uncommon port, which I might need to open on our firewall?

    After some time, it magically start to say “Connected”. Not sure why there was such a long delay. But it’s working now.

    We’ve seen that behaviour with some cache plugins.
