Can’t get it to work

I’m trying desperately to get this working, but am not able. The site I’m working on is not public, so I can’t provide a link. However, here are some screenshots.

As you can see from the screenshots, the track is not showing the play button and it is not linked in anyway. I’ve tried all kinds of variations and just cannot get it to work. Either I’m doing something wrong, or the plugin doesn’t work anymore. Can you help?
