Can’t get it to work

    Upsell item does not appear anywhere, not on any product pages, nor the Cart or the Checkout. This site is using Divi theme – does it not work with Divi?

    We need it to appear on the Product pages, cart and checkout – the plugin is called J Cart Upsell – so I would expect to see it there.

    Hello bloohair, upsells are displayed
    – in the modal cart ( the one provided by our plugin )
    – in the checkout page if premium activated

    Ok, if the Upsell appears in the Cart, that should do for now, I will put the plugin on again and test it again, but it wasn’t appearing anywhere earlier. I did go to your demo initially, but the link you’ve provided isn’t working right now. I’ll let you know how I get on. Thanks

    Our VPS provider had some issues. Now the demo website should work properly

    Thanks, it works now. I was testing it on the Dev site, but it works on the Live site, thanks.

    Hi there Giacomo,

    great plugin you have here, shame it doesn’t have more users! It looks really well built.

    I can’t get it to work though. Is there anything else I must do? I installed it, activated the “cart upsell”, added 1 upsell.. But nothing showed, tried on 2 installations, one of them is Astra theme.
