Can’t get it to work

Hey, I’ve installed the plugin and added the shortcodes. It only works when I’m logged in and only on desktop. I thought it could be related to a caching problem (I’m using LS Cache but I think the script is already excluded from cache as I’ve read here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/not-working-on-site-4/) however, deactivating the LS Cache plugin did not solve the issue. It doesn’t work on mobile at all (even if I’m logged in) and only works on desktop when I’m logged in not in incognito mode etc.

Any help would be appreciated, I can provide admin access if necessary.
