Can't get it to work on links that I dynamically change

This is a great plugin and I love it! I have it exactly how I want it except for two problems…

1. My site is a music blog and I have a few places on my site that have links that dynamically change according to what song is playing. When a new song starts, the link to the post changes in the player at the top of the screen, and when I click these links it doesn’t seem to want to load in AJAX, but loads regularly instead. (I have the same problem for the “View Post” link that appears under the music player)

2. I created a “shuffle” page that is outside of the WordPress file hierarchy. It is located in ‘root/shuffle/index.php’ instead of ‘root/wp-includes/themes/theme_name/’ like my other files. When I am on the page and click a link to go to view one of the posts it is being loaded by AJAX, but my reload codes don’t seem to work (I have one that should print to the console “Reloading…”, but I never see that on the console)

Any ideas how to fix these two issues?
