I have it working creating tickets in zendesk, like it will be upgrading to pro version just a question on field mapping, standard and custom value whats the difference? Is it a custom value in zendesk or email form?
Do I have to create fields in zendesk then create same field in email form and map together?
Do you need to apply an email address to the submit button on the email form? so effectively my inbox receives the form submission aswell as a ticket being created in zendesk?
