No, I’ve never used Oxygen Builder before.
Sliced Invoices keeps it’s invoice templates completely separated from your theme so as to avoid any potential conflicts. However I’ve seen some themes that go to great lengths to override our templates with their own (for example, anything based on Sage).
Sometimes it’s just impossible to stop them from doing this. If I were to guess, maybe Oxygen Builder is doing something like this, i.e. forcing it’s own template to override ours. Although since I’ve never used it I can’t say for sure.
It might be worth asking the Oxygen Builder team if there is way to prevent them modifying the templates for our Invoice/Quote post types (i.e. sliced_invoice and sliced_quote, respectively). Other than that I’m not sure what to suggest.
