Can't get main image to show for poll

Not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but I can’t get an image to show for the poll no matter what image I upload using this plugin. (This is the main poll image, not the images you can upload for individual poll answers – I haven’t tried those)
And if instead of using this plugin I upload an image directly in the Polldaddy account and then go back to the plugin, I find the image is always sized at 150px, no matter how wide I set the widget, narrow, medium or wide. So I can’t get images to look right on bigger sizes.
It also seems to be luck whether anything is set to the width you want wheather going through this plugin or the Polldaddy account.
