can't get menu to embed

Hello-
I really want to use your plugin for my client but for some reason the code
[weedmaps_menu]4431[/weedmaps_menu]
is not making anything show up on the site. I currently have the weedmaps menu set up through an iframe but I would much rather use your plugin. Any suggestions?
The iframe menu is at https://plpcc.org/menu/ and I am trying to install your plugin at https://plpcc.org/test-menu/
