    Hello,
    I can’t seem to get the FlowPlayer5 to play my .mp4 files
    I have it playing my flv files here,

    https://www.learntoplayitright.com/?page_id=2286

    but need it to play with apple products.

    your sample
    [hana-flv-player video=”https://wpmarketing.org/wp-content/plugins/hana-flv-player/hana_sleding.mp4″
    width=”400″ height=”autow”
    player=”6″ skin=”functional” /]

    plays fine and works perfectly, but when I add my url and mp4 file it says html5: video file not found.(and I have uploaded the files via ftp to the same place as my .flv file which work fine with the player)

    I have tried “any video converter, vlc player & prism converter, to create a encoded h.264 file with ACC audio and mp4 extension, but nothing has worked.
    am I missing a key step?
    Could you give any specific details as to how you created the hana_sleding.mp4 file.? or is there something in the /httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/hana-flv-player folder that I need to add to my folder that I am missing?

    Thanks for your time

    Hello again,
    I am using player 5 with the skin mejs-wmp. It seems that the scroll fuction is not working properly in Chrome, but works like a champ in IE and on Apple Products. Still working with the same page

    Any ideas on how to remedy this in chrome?
    Thanks again,
    Brad

    What do you mean scroll function? I tested with Chrome and your page and video was working without any problem.

    Hello,
    When I try to skip ahead to another part of the video (that has loaded already) or back to a previous part using the “progress slider” I guess you could call it, the player seems to lose its place or needs to restart. I tried re-installing chrome and had the same result so I don think it is just on my end. It works fine in Firefox and IE9, but not in Chrome – over here anyways
    Thank you again

    I tested slider with Chrome at Home and Work and both worked perfectly without any issue. Why don’t you try with other computers?
