Can’t get my domain key v2.1

    Guess I really want OLS to work. I deleted the prior server and made a new installation with the OLS script in Google Cloud Marketplace, using a new external IP.

    The site is accessible and WordPress admin works. Only plugins installed are OLS Cache and DoLogin.

    • GCC Firewall: 80/tcp, 443/tcp and 443/udp open.
    • UFW Firewall: 80/tcp, 443/tcp and 443/udp open.
    • Cloudflare WAF: not enabled.

    Yet, still can’t get a domai key from quic.com

    However, I did get to make the report to work ??

    the cloudflare has blocked the request

    even you don’t have its WAF , I think it still have something called “bot fight” or something , that works independently from WAF , that blocked the domain key generation request.

    That did the trick!

    In Cloudflare:

    • Security –> Bots –> Bot Fight Mode (disable it,and keep it disabled!)
    • Now the domain key request from OLS Cache plugin to quic.com can work!
    • I’m curious why this worked, because I have already tested by going to Overview –> Advanced actions –> Pause Cloudflare on site, which allegedly, bypasses all of Cloudflare′s medlying with the site.
    • AND, in addition to that, I have had also disabled the Proxy status on DNS –> Records, for the A and CNAME records.
    • Guess that, as they say, “Cloudflare works in mysterious ways.” ??

    Still have a minor problem or doubt, I’m already connected to quick and have the domain key. However, there is a yellow message that says: “Main domain not generated yet.”

    But, if I go the my quic dashboard, my domain is listed there an the status is OK.

    Should I be worried about the yellow warning or is it normal?

    even you disable or bypass the CF, it will take few moments for proxy status to change.

    please try refresh the domain key again after 15 minutes for that yellow warning
