Can’t get my WPForms Lite responses

    I have the WPForms Lite contact form on my site (still in beta mode). I’m getting notifications that people have filled out the forms, but am not getting the forms themselves. How do I access that information?

    Hi @alisonsandler,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re not receiving the notification emails.

    To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.

    If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely due to server configuration issues and/or strict email spam prevention settings that are wrongly detecting the notification emails as spam.

    To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.
