Can’t get “Organiize Series” widget to display in sidebar

I have the “Inc” theme instaled, and I use the “Organize Series” plugin,https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/organize-series/, to manage a series of articles on a few topics. I can’t get the widget for this plugin to display in the right sidebar, and I don’t understand what the problem is. I’m hoping you can help me understand and correct the problem.
