Can’t get out of lightbox on iphone

    When clicking on an image in the gallery the lightbox opens but without the ability to scroll through the images. It requires you to go back in the browser. Once you press back, the page will not load back to the gallery and the loading symbol continues to spin continuously.

    I noticed there aren’t controls on the desktop browser and mobile phone browser, but there is only an issue with getting back to the gallery on mobile phones.

    Hi,

    Could you please deactivate all your other plugins, except Photo Gallery and see whether the Lightbox will work?

    If the problem will not be occurring, please activate plugins one by one and check the Lightbox simultaneous, to find which one is causing the issue.

    I deactivated all other plugins and it still will not go back to the gallery. The loading notification (4 boxes) still wont go away.

    Hi,

    We have noticed that you do not use our Plugin anymore. However, the current Lightbox is not working properly as well. The reason for this problem is your Theme. As it is because of your Theme, we highly recommend you to contact your Theme support and tell them that there is a conflict between Gallery Plugins with Lightbox, which caused the Lightboxes to work incorrectly.
