    Hello,

    I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin numerous times. I’ve deactivated all of my plugins and tried to make this function. I’ve purged all cache on the website.
    I’ve clicked over and over with no avail.

    I am doing a fresh install of Wordfence on my website and it’s impossible for me to “Review” the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to move to the next step and configure the firewall.

    Anyone else have this problem? How can I fix it?

    Hey @onehourpro,

    Thanks for the detailed information.

    I realize you’ve tried checking for a plugin conflict and clearing the cache. Have you also tried switching to a WordPress default theme?

    Can you please check for any errors in the browser console and share them?

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

    To add onto Gerroald’s answer:

    We’ve seen this occur in the past, and it’s caused by another plugin overriding jQuery in all pages.

    You’re likely to see an error related to jQuery if you open the developer’s console (F12) and click on the Rewview button.

    As a workaround, can you run the following query in your database?

    `UPDATE wp_wfconfig SET val = 0 WHERE name = ‘touppPromptNeeded’;

    To help us get in contact with other plugin developers, can you list the active plugins on your site? We’ll do testing with them and see which plugin is changing the jQuery variable.

    Dave
