Can’t get past step 2

    Hi there,
    I can’t seem to get past step 2. I have verified the files and it can’t seem to go any further. No error just won’t go to the next step.

    My Hosting Company is Media Temple if that is any help.

    Our plugin is currently only compatible with cPanel based hosting websites. Media Temple does not provide cPanel hosting to its customers. Unfortunately, our plugin won’t work on your website.

    Hi, I have media temple as well and I just upgraded to the premium. I cannot use the plugin. How do I request a refund? I wish it would have been more apparent that this was an issue right at the beginning.
