    I have tried multiple times to get past the following error, following the steps given to others with the same issue with no luck. We do have paid acct with GoToWebinar. I would purchase the plugin but need to make sure I can get it working first.

    Something’s not working. It looks like the API call to GoToWebinar isn’t succeeding. This may be because you are on a trial account. Unfortunately API calls can’t be made to GoToWebinar accounts on a trial. If you do have a full GoToWebinar licence please try re-authenticating the plugin again by pressing the ‘Click here to get Auth and Key’ button in the plugin settings. You should also clear the cache or turn the cache off in the plugin settings and this should resolve the issue.

    hello, yes I have a paid webinar acct, I’m logged into GoToWebinar under the admin account. I’ve tried reconnecting several times and it always says its connected successfully but I still get that error on the wordpress page where I am trying to add it.

    Hi @tfernandezamf,

    Ok, in this case, I am not sure what the issue might be. I can only provide limited support on this forum due to restrictions placed by www.ads-software.com. What I would advise to you is purchasing the pro version of the plugin, and that way I can provide you email support. If for whatever reason upon going on your website and trying my best to make sure everything works fine, it still doesn’t work, then you are entitled to a full refund.

    What I would say is, since the release of this plugin a few years ago, there hasn’t been one incident of me not being able to get the plugin work on a site – providing the client does have a paid GoToWebinar account.
