Can’t get plugin working properly

  • I installed the mega menu plugin but when I edit the theme none of the changes take effect (colours, sizing, etc). I’m really not sure what I’m doing wrong and was hoping for help.. I can’t find the visual editor for it or anything.. looks nothing at all like the demo.. help!

    Hi kirstenvh32,

    I can see you have installed a plugin that ‘removes query strings from static resources’. This prevents browsers from knowing when to download updated versions of static resources – in our case that is the menu style.css file. Therefore you would need to disable the ‘remove query strings from static resources’ option in the plugin you are using, alternatively you would need to clear your browser cache to get changes to show up in your browser.
