Cant get plugins to load in?

  • Hello,

    I recently purchased a theme and need certain plugins to work and change the theme. I go to my plug ins page where it states exactly what plug ins the theme needs to work so I follow the steps and click install for each but I keep getting the message:

    An error occurred while installing Visual Composer Page Builder: Download failed. Filtered.

    How do i change the filter to allow these plugins to load??

    Please can somebody help!!

  • Follow the documentation/instruction provided by your purchased theme.

    As you have purchased, you should raise a support ticket on their end.

    Moreover, mind informing the Theme name and your URL?

    What theme are you trying to install? If I understand correctly, the plugins you want to install are recommended by the theme itself?

    Yes the theme has been installed but has stated that it needs a few plugins but when I try and install them it says no!

    The word ‘filtered’ at the end is very interesting??

    Is there something i have not switched on or activated to allow plugins to be installed??

    Would it be that i have the child theme activated? or would it be a database problem??

    Please can somebody help!! Need to get cracking on the site as a matter of urgency

    This appears to be a theme issue. As Dhruba suggested, I recomend contacting the theme developer or reading the documentation on their site.

    He hasn’t replied to me. What I can help here. ??
