Can't get pop up to work

Hey butchersoldboys, I got a popup immediately after loading the site for sundays at Beaches Hotel.

Is that what you are trying to get working? You may need to clear your cookies if one has already been set, or use the Auto Open cookie key reset button when editing the popup before saving.

Sorry about that. The problem was pretty easy to solve really.

None of the setting were coming up when I was making the popup e.g. no auto open, Close setting etc.

I finally figured out if you go to the top right hand side of the page you will find screen options, click that and it will open up with all the options for the pop up you need. You can turn on what ever settings you need from there which then appear below where you create your pop up.

Create plugin well done.

Hmm they should have been there by default requiring you to uncheck them to make them dissapear. That is also a per user setting. Glad you got it working though.
