Can’t get rid of duplicates in my feed

  • Hello, I’m constantly getting duplicates when I’m generating my feed. Usually, it’s like 1% of all products every single time. Every time the duplicates are random products.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with duplicate products. Usually these kind of issues happen when the plugin is having problems updating when for example the WP-cron has been disabled (is that the case for you?) or when the plugin is running into server configuration limitations.

    Did you already try lowering the default batch size of the plugin? The default batch size is 750 products per batch. Try lowering it to 250 to see if that makes a difference. This is how you can do so: https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/

    I actually came to this forum to ask same question. My feed has same problem.

    I adjusted the batch size and, looks like, it is fixed

    I’ve tried no batch change, 700, 500, 400, 250, 200, 100, and still have around 30 duplicates for 6500 variants. Can’t resolve this.
