I can’t get rid of the message insisting that I need to add wp_head() to the header in the theme. “Your theme needs to be fixed for plugins to work”. The theme that I am using on the site in question has wp_head() exactly where it is supposed to be. I think that ideally, I should be able to just dismiss it instead of going to the misc page where there is no obvious place to dismiss it.

    Hi,

Thank you for being with us, As per wordpress documentation wp_head is very important to have in wordpress theme header.php file.

    https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/wp_head

Our plugin works with respect to wp_head and is why we added logic to check the presence of this code at theme file. And we know, in some cases, theme developers follow their own practices and include the wp_head in some other way. And is why we have added the option at misc page.

So you can disable theme warning at misc page.

    This was three months ago.

In my original message I said that

    A) The theme has wp_head

    B) I was not able to disable the theme warning at the misc page as it was not obvious as to where I would go to disable it.

Perhaps a picture of how to disable it would help.

With most nags, you just click on a button and it goes away and never comes back.
