• I am working on making the column on the left a navigation menu, that stays fixed in place while the right column contains content that can scroll. In the left column, I put an inner section where the nav menu is and set it to sticky. Everything works as it should.

EXCEPT when the viewport is smaller than the total height. Now the nav menu cannot scroll.

On youtube.com, if the browser height becomes small, the left column menu transforms into a scroll able column, how can I do this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
