• I was kind of taken aback by the frankly snotty attitude from Stripe support, “well your account has been activated, the code you’re talking about was from WooCommerce so we don’t provide support”. What I see here is it looks as if the API keys, secret and webhook all have to be set up in the same mode, either live or test. Did all that, no love at all. Setting up a dropshipping site through ezusy.com and I want to send a test message from my iPhone so I can see what ezusy’s side of the transaction UI looks like, unless what I see seems trustworthy to me there’s no point going forward. This site is a combined blog and store and I did a 7 minute YouTube to drive traffic too, been busting my butt to get this out 12 hour days over the past week, when I hear somebody isn’t incentivized to lift a finger to help I’m not exactly thrilled about it! Any new ideas?

I notice the API keys always have the word “live” in them once you’re completely connected, and they said “test” beforehand. I sort of think I need a way to get Stripe to issue those “test” keys for test mode but like I say I can’t seem to get that type of key back, I can’t see anything in the Stripe dashboard to make that happen. Has Stripe abandoned test mode or are they just super good at hiding interface controls?
