Can’t get support – errors on website

    I’ve got errors showing up at the top of my page (nice!). Can’t login to submit support ticket and got no response from contact form. “ShapedPlugin chat box displaying “Online” has been activated and no response for 45 minutes. Anyone else have help suggestions?
