    hello,

i wanna use the image -> webp function, the plugin prompts me that I need a Domain key, but:

    Notice:

There was a problem with retrieving your Domain Key. Please click the Waiting for Approval button to retry.

There are two reasons why we might not be able to communicate with your domain:

    1) The POST callback to https://example.com/wp-json/litespeed/v1/token failed. [401 rest_forbidden].

    2) Our Current Online Server IPs was not allowlisted.

But when I visit this page https://example.com/wp-json, it is normal.

What should I do next, thanks

it looks like you have disabled WP REST API, please make sure REST API is enabled.

    please check the new report:

I confirmed that I had not disabled the REST-API, and installed the WooCommerce Legacy REST API additionally, and then resubmitted the domain key application, but it still didn’t work.

please go to toolbox -> debug setting -> debug log to ON, debug level to Advanced , debug include URI , add /litespeed/v1/token , then go to toolbox -> log view , clean up any existing log

then request the domain key again

wait for 10 minutes , go to log view again and share me the log via https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/

    Hi qtwrk,

Thank you very much for your help.

Here is the link to the log: https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/p/vKfnxQPyYD/

eh ? did you just access the /litespeed/v1/token URI by your browser ? I was looking for the log that is triggered by our system , not by your browser

    (@jackievon51)

Yes, I have tried accessing this page with browser

please re-try the steps I asked, but do not open the URL in your browser, clean up existing log, click “refresh domain key” or “generate domain key” , wait for 10 minutes , our system should send a request to that URI , and then share me the log

it looks like you did not enbale true client IP in your server setting, so it didn’t get corrct IP address but only cloudflare proxy IP

Yes, my website’s domain is hosted on Cloudflare. What should I do next? Thank you.
