Can't get the file to upload

    Every time I try to upload my ebook into E bookstore using the MOBI format for Kindle, I get the following error message:

    “The file type that you’ve uploaded is not a mobile book format.”

    Yet this same MOBI file opens easily on my Kindle.

    I get the same message when I try to upload an EPUB version.

    When I try to upload a PDF version of the book, it is occasionally successful, but I am unable to see the book on the page. Can you help?

    As said via email I tested with your files and all worked great on my server, can you tell me what is the situation now and if you need help?
