I have a brand new site that I recently uploaded to the live remote server. Tried adding Draw Attention for fun but cannot get the clickable area to work. Don’t see much in the way of instructions. Tried everything I can think of.

Once I fill in the details and save clickable area information won’t stay put. I keep saving them but when I revisit the dashboard they are gone.

The page that I tried adding an image via the shortcode won’t display the image and I get this message: “You need to define some clickable areas for your image. Edit Image” But the plugin won’t let me. ??

Sorry. Thought I should let you know.

    Hi Priscilla,

Sorry you’re having trouble, thanks for letting us know!

A couple questions to help track down the issue:

Does the problem occur on your local dev environment as well as the live site?

Is your image staying after you upload it? And the other data (title and more info for each area)? Basically, is nothing saving at all? Or everything is saving except for the coordinates?

If you can email us a login we will definitely look into it for you.

I actually uploaded directly to the live site, never had it on the localhost. I know, I’m bad. But I do keep lots of backups

Nothing I do gets saved in the plugin except for the base image that I wanted to use for the clickable areas.

Sending you a login with password to your email I have on record. ??
