Can’t get the plugin to work

Hello.

Tried setting up this plugin, but no matter what I do, I can’t get it working.
Tried to follow all steps in the ready, did search google for over 3 hours.

I do NOT see the:

though it’s enabled in the settings.
No console error.
Two php notice’s (Nothing to do with this issue. Notice’ shouldn’t block php from running)
I’m using a LEMP stack (ServerPilot.io) and this is my log file for a single page:

Any clue on why none of my pages are cached?

When using the test i get the: “The pages do not match! Timestamps differ or were not found!”
